Waste disposal

We only use recyclable and environmentally friendly materials in the design and manufacturing of our luminaires. We ensure that our luminaires are disposed of and recycled in an environmentally friendly manner. As a manufacturer we operate within the European Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Directive [WEEE]. Disposal must be carried out in accordance with national standards available from the responsible agency.

Returns

Our quality management team tests every single product in our UK manufacturing facility. In the exceptional case where a complaint arises, we make processing of returns as convenient and quickly as possible for you. All returns should always be agreed in advance by telephone with our Customer Service Center. Upon approval of your claim, you will receive a return number from us for you to attach to your delivery to ensure your return can be easily and quickly checked. In accordance with our General Standard Terms and Conditions of Business we reserve the right to refuse acceptance of unregistered returns.

Installation and Operating Instructions

  • Please use only original spare parts from Design 360.
  • Installation and commissioning should be carried out only by suitably qualified personnel.
  • Installation and operating instructions should be observed.
  • Observance of manufacturers instructions is strictly advised.
  • Always isolate the power supply during installation and maintenance work.
  • The built-in LED light source may only be replaced by the manufacturer, or a service technician commissioned by the manufacturer.
  • Immediately replace defective lamps or power supply units at the end of their service life (observed by light colour shift, loss of brightness and flashing) to avoid damage to control devices and radio interference.
  • Luminaires are intended for lighting purposes only and must be installed in accordance with national electrical lighting installation regulations.
  • The product must not be modified. Non-compliance voids any warranty and, if applicable, liability claims.
